My New Fitness Blog

I've decided to start keeping a blog on my fitness progress. I got the idea from Megan Williams, so a big thank you Megan! I'm hoping it will keep me accountable and will be an easy way to track my workouts. It won't include much detail but you can check it out anytime you want.
