Just a quick thought on the last post

No matter how messy the house becomes during playdates, it is almost always worth it to have some time for adult conversation. Despite any difficulties I loved having my two friends and their kids over on Tuesday. Thanks girls!

We probably end up shopping at Target at least once a week. But last weekend we ended up at the Cedar Falls Target and the girls decided it warranted a brief photo shoot. Aren't they so adorable. CJ was with us too but she opted out. Brown Bottle dinner to celebrate Grandpa Craft's 75 birthday! Maddie has been having fun creating faux fingernails out of paper. They don't last long but they sure are cute. This photo is just one pair she made. Mike and I ran a 5K a few weeks ago. He has run a lot of 5Ks in the past few years and I am just now making my return to running. I was not at all fast but I am proud that I'm getting back out there.

So long spring soccer...

Natalie and Maddie wrapped up yet another season of spring soccer. (Although Maddie's team is playing in the cup next weekend so she has a few more games.) Both girls play defender and they love their positions. It's fairly similar to basketball in that these tall girls are blocking shots...on repeat! BOOM! :)
